Malted Heritage Corn
Our malted heritage corn is a gluten-free, open pollination, and non-gmo grain. The current variety available is Bloody Butcher red corn. It can be used in cream ales, American pilsners, or any gluten-free beer. Corn does not contain a significant amount of enzymes, so it should be used as a specialty grain and not the base malt. Grown in Pennsylvania and malted in Ohio, USA. 10lb bag.
